Biosynth發展歷程與介紹：
2019年Biosynth與Carbosynth合并成為Biosynth Carbosynth，致力于為全球客戶提供糖類核苷類和酶類產品。
2022年Biosynth集團收購了vivitide和Pepscan兩家公司，用以鞏固其多肽類產品業務及相關配套生產技術服務。 同年又收購了Aalto Bio Reagents公司以擴大其關鍵生物制劑業務，包括用于臨床診斷的抗原抗體產品線。同時集團也收購了EUCODIS Bioscience以鞏固其在酶技術領域的優勢。
2023年Biosynth集團收購美國Fitzgerald公司以及英國Cambridge Research Biochemicals公司，使其全球抗原抗體產品線擴大至57000+種，并進一步充實其多肽及抗體產品的相關服務能力。
